Please keep it friendly and professional attitude at any event - any toxic behaviours or gossiping about Scott Hoang or his associates will not be tolerated especially on the floor of the event while attendees are around. Failure to cease any unacceptable actions would count as breaching the terms or contracts of the Roster and the Event, it may get result in a fine penalty for the Hoang Enterprises’s roster, suspension, suspension without pay, termination or blacklist to this Agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party, provided that written notice of such breach is given and the breaching party fails to cure such breach within 1-3 days.

For each of the event bookings for Scott Hoang and/or Hoang Enterprises joint collective artists event, whether if it's solo or affiliation classical piano performances or meet and greet, we reserve the right to hire a personal security worker to protect any harm for Scott Hoang (solo promotion, or festival running) and/or artists running Hoang Enterprises (his agency's joint event).

Social Media Policy

We reserve the right to run Scott Hoang’s and Hoang Enterprises’ “public” social media, by continuing to access or use our Service, you agree not to make an enquire on Scott Hoang’s and Hoang Enterprises’ social media due to his trauma distress of past attempt experience and unforgiving treachery causes as an effect of knowing whoever to trust which he is currently irrationally anxious, on behalf of Scott Hoang’s and Hoang Enterprises’ apologies of his inconvenience, his service of enquires to social media that he won't response to anyone on any of our social media and his own conditions that he regretfully won't take requests to follow anyone.

If we accept it, we'll notify not only the cost of the artist and agency, but including the time mangement of system workers, travel and resort services, and food supplies.

We would like to acknowledge any third-party companies to hire the system for Scott Hoang's rider performance whether if you're available either acoustic or amplified.

We would also like to acknowledge any third-party companies for making Scott Hoang's hospitality, STRICTLY no alcohol will be accepted due to his practice of teetotalism being.

Any abusive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Insensitive, bigoted or hateful speech against Hoang Enterprises or any of our associates or artists would count on the termination of your account on the Service of Hoang Enterprises, blocking or reporting of your accounts on Hoang Enterprises or any of our associates or artists.

You are responsible for avoiding enquiries about controversial, sensitive or potentially irrational subjects, as it can lead to conflict on e.g. sexuality, religion, politics, etc. Unless solicited, it should be spoken of elsewhere besides the committees of Hoang Enterprises, associates, their artist and their services, as it can lead to heated debate and disrespectful behaviour.

For the fandom artwork, we encourage the creation of fanart, however, we will not accept the submission of NSFW works or explicit content. Sexually suggestive or NSFW content will invoke an immediate ban.

Swear words can be used in moderation as he reserves our artist rosters’ or associates’ responsibility as they would be allowed, please limit the profanity of any of our media as we would like to remain an age-friendly influence.

Hoang Live and Hoang Enterprises reserve the right to moderate our media on a judgement passed through the entire roster.

Some of our artists reserve the right to have their real names or stage names, please do not use the real names of our artists who have their stage names that we undisclosing their real name at any time.

Hoang Enterprises can assure any third-party companies that we would allow them to interview our artists as long as the third-party companies would give scripted questions for the interview to make sure that is approved before the event starts.

Should we discuss any false accusations or unreasonable statements made publicly or to our associates, we may consider blacklisting you from future events as we'll make a "Suspension Notice" depending on Hoang Enterprises decisions that you would get it Hoang Enterprises's decisions of Anytime or Indefinitely or Lifetime, with or without pay for Hoang Enterprises’s rosters, and it has been including Fine Penalty for unprofessionally endangers to the officials, production crews, fellow rosters or attendees, late due date will result in an additional 10% of the fine per month. This may extend to other events that are not directly related to Hoang Enterprises. Further action may be taken depending on the severity of property damages or emotional distress.
